Hi everyone, thank you so much for joining me on the mat today! This is my first time being able to film outside this year so I thought I’d make it extra special by giving you an hour long practice. This is a lovely slow flow that will work on flexibility, strength and balance.

This is best suited for intermediate students and no props are required. It’s important to keep your breathing steady throughout class and take breaks if you need them. This is a full body flow so we will work on core strength, hip openers, backbends, balancing poses, side bends and twists. Very well rounded! Enjoy!
