Good morning everyone, this is day 30 of the 30-day yogalates challenge. We’ve finally reached the end of this incredible month together. From the bottom of my heart – THANK YOU! I really hope you’ve learned about yourself over the course of these past few weeks and that you’ve felt a positive impact in your days from just a little of bit of morning movement. I also hope you’ve enjoyed the blend of yoga and Pilates, especially if you were completely new to Pilates!

Our final class together focuses on core strength. We’re going out with a bang, working on our abs. Thank you again and I hope you’ll continue to practice with me in the future.
