Welcome to Day 9 of the Evening Yoga Movement! Tonight’s practice is a 15 minute slow flow stretch to help you wind down after your day and prepare for sleep. It’s not necessary but I would recommend having two blocks for this practice as it will make some of the poses more accessible. This is a great class to increase flexibility. We’ll explore poses like archer arms, pyramid pose, child’s pose and half saddle.
