Welcome to Day 2 of the Evening Yoga Movement! This class will be a short yin yoga class to target the connective tissues and fascia of the body for deep relaxation. In yin yoga, poses are held for about 2-3 minutes per side. The intention is to relax our muscles and let ourselves sink into the pose. Yin yoga is also a fantastic style of yoga for flexibility. You should be ready for bed after this 15 min yin yoga evening stretch.

No props are required and this is suitable for all levels. We’ll explore poses like reclined butterfly, banana, reclined pigeon and half happy baby.
