Welcome and good morning! Let’s go through this all levels 20 minute yoga class to set the tone for the day ahead. This is a wonderful stretch you could do every day for flexibility, strength, balance and relaxation. No props are needed, just get into something comfy, unroll your mat and let’s get started!
We’ll go through poses like reclined butterfly, side plank, eagle, pigeon and high lunge prayer twist.

This class was wonderful. Today is one of my weightlifting days, but i really don’t feel like it, mentally as well as physically. I decided to skip training today, listen to my body and instead do a longer yoga class at the beginning of the day. What a great decision. Thanks for providing these classes, Kassandra. My affirmation for the day is “health”. Listing to my body rather than my inner critic.
