This was a beautiful, slow, and (for me) slightly challenging yin yoga session. Thank you, Shaunneka! This was exactly what I needed this morning.

  2. Clive Pollard

I really like your voice and minimal chat, whilst giving great instructions. Just to let others know, this is really challenging if you have knee issues – I had

This was perfect after my long walk. But had to get out of the toe squat sooner. Lovely practice, thank you.

  4. Jennifer Brehmer

I love your way of teaching. However, for me this was a very challenging practice.

For me as well! The minimal cues were a nice change of pace but i fiund myself a bit too relaxed from each pose to change that quickly! Definitely a challenge. Inspiring me to try other minimal cue classes with Kassandra.

I always love doing Kassandra’s yin yoga practices – it was good to get a slightly different perspective on things this time! Definitely quite challenging…but sooo relaxing!

    Thank you Shaunneka!!! 🙂

I like Shaunneka’s instruction. I consider myself a low intermediate and this was too much for me. The problem became that I wasnt enjoying yin because I couldnt hold the pose and clear my mind. Maybe one day.

Thank you Shaunneka! Such a wonderful opening practice. Ive discovered that toe squta is extremely challenging for me. What kind of beginner stretches can i do to work up to it? I guess my feet are very tight!

You can make it easier by sitting up on a block, some blankets or some pillows. That way you dont need to rest all of your body weight on your toes and can ease into it!

  8. MARA

Wow! Thank you! Wonderful sequence. I fell into a deep sleep Savasana at the end there.

  9. Bridget Simmons

Wow that was an uncomfortable practice for me with the positions and fighting the urge to sleep 😴😴 but i loved your soft voice and breathing ques as we approach a change🙏

  10. Jennifer Berenschot Houtman

Very soothing practice. Your voice perfect for coming to stillness❤

  13. Marion Hawkinson

I did this right after an intense cardio+pilates workout and it was the perfect mix of challenging and soothing to quiet my body~

  14. Deborah Bingell

Nice practice. Find myself needing yin with change in fall season to slow down. You have a very soothing voice too!

  15. Kelly Moran

These hip poses are a blessing but sometimes torture lol

  16. Sharen Small
