Hey everyone, welcome to my channel! Today I’m happy to offer you a new chakra yoga class, this time focusing on the sacral/svadhistana chakra. This second chakra is connected to your feelings, your creativity, your sensuality and sexuality. Physically it is thought to be located in the area of the pelvis, between your navel and pubic bone.
