A gentle hatha yoga class for beginners to build a strong foundation This beginner yoga class will guide through a series of seated and standing postures. A lot of beginner classes actually end up being quite intermediate so in this gentle class every pose is modified to fit your current activity level. There are no downdogs, no flows and plenty of opportunity for you to take a break. This class is designed to help you slowly gain mobility, strength and balance.
