Ready to fire things up? In order to master your handstand, you need some serious strength! Join Rob in this fun and challenging 45 minute full body practice that will target all of the essential muscle groups needed for a proper freestanding handstand.

This is a tough conditioning class so don’t stress if you have to take breaks or need to stop at any moment. You are meant to grow with this practice and improve over time! Ideally, Rob recommends doing this class a few times a week if you want to really make some progress with your inversions.

This will work on your wrists, arms, shoulders, back, abs, hips and legs. It’s a full body workout. Make sure you are next to a wall before starting this class. Otherwise no other props are needed.
