Hey everyone, I wanted to offer you another new moon practice to help set your intention for this lunar cycle. (Have you tried my first new moon flow? https://youtu.be/6krzgrpYT5Y) The new moon is a great time to set intentions and get clear on how we want the next 4 weeks to go. This is your opportunity to slow down and tune in to your intuition and inner voice.

We’ll be doing a slow flow practice for full body flexibility. We move mindfully with no need to use strength so that this practice can be nourishing and introspective. You don’t need any props and I would say this is suitable for all levels.
