Hi Yogis, this class is for all of you who spend most of your days standing on your feet. Over time it’s pretty common to start developing back pain, so this is a short practice you can start doing to give yourself some relief. We will be doing a mix of Hatha and restorative yoga poses and all you need is a wall. We will stretch out the lower back with some twists and folds, do a bit of core work and open up the hip flexors.
