This is specifically focusing on building “bent arm” strength and arm balance strength overall. It’s a tough one but it will give you results! Rob recommends adding this class to your weekly rotation as a way to measure your progress and improve over time.

This is an intermediate to advanced practice that will help you build a lot of essential strength required for single legged crow. Don’t be discouraged if you can’t make it to the end on your first try! You are meant to grow with this practice over time.
