Tone your abdominals with this 45 min strong yoga flow workout Hello beautiful people! I’m offering you a 45 minute practice that will help you build core strength and improve your balance. We will do a lot of variations of plank pose, do some traditional core exercises and play with a lot of balance poses and transitions. You won’t need any props for this practice! This is an intermediate level practice that will give you a great workout. Although I’m not using props I always recommend having a block somewhere close by just in case you need it! I apologize if you see me scratching a lot, I got eaten by so many mosquitoes while filming!!! I found this class online two years ago and have been taking classes with Kassandra ever since. I love the busy pace of this one, and truly enjoy all of the variety on the site. Thanks, Kassandra!

  3. Marie Andree Bourassa

Bonjour! Comment puis-je simplifier la pose avec la jambe sur l’épaule?

  4. Milda Tanna

Very nice and challenging poses for me. Nice music. The instructions tone was a bit “clipped” and I find a bit too little time given to “finish” a sequence as the transition seems very quick before the next sequence. I expect to return to it again and again.

  5. Linda Pittman

My favorite so far! Amazing flow!

  6. nadia bush

One of my favourites. If not my favourite!! Nice and strong with variety and i liked that there were some less commonly used poses

  7. Cheer Kosak
