I’m super excited to announce my new 30 day yoga program – September Splits! As the title implies, this challenge is all about getting you into the splits and increasing your flexibility. If you’ve always dreamed of being able to do the splits, this challenge is for you. Every day features a new yoga class from the Yoga with Kassandra library to increase your flexibility (especially in your hips and hamstrings).
