This month is all about doing 30 minutes of yoga EVERY SINGLE DAY. Can you do it?! This is a great well-rounded challenge to help you be consistent with your at-home practice. We can’t always find the time for 60+ minute classes, but hopefully 30 is a bit more manageable!
