“Ready, Set, Flow” is all about connecting movement to breath by practicing vinyasa flow yoga classes. Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic form of yoga that can be slow or fast paced, ideal for increasing full body flexibility and elevating the heart rate. Yin lovers, rest assured that I haven’t forgotten you! We’ll have 1 rest day each week where we’ll do a yin yoga class, ideal for flexibility and relaxation.
