This is a 30 day program that will expose you to various styles of yoga such as Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha as well as mobility work and meditation for a well-rounded month. This is suitable for all experience levels and is a great way to familiarize with the different types of yoga out there. Ideal for a balanced practice of strength, flexibility and stress relief.
