Welcome to this 30 day challenge calendar, with a different style of yoga/fitness for every day of the week. Work through a series of vinyasa, hatha, power, yin, fitness (barre/pilates), slow flow, and breath focused classes. Practices range in levels. The wide variety of classes include some taught by guest teachers exclusive to the app.
